About the Author(s)

Amy Ansell teaches Sociology at Bard College in New York and is married with two children. Her PHD was recieved from Cambridge University where her dissertation focused on Race and New Right Ideology in Britain. Her extensive career spanning two decades covers a range of research and scholarly positions in politics and social sciences. Her most recent publication is Combating Racism: A nation in dialogue.
